INOSENT offers innovative, standard-compliant gas detection systems specifically for industrial refrigeration systems – for example in commercial buildings, data centers, hospitals and logistics centers. Our gas detection systems reliably monitor dangerous concentrations of industrial refrigerants such as propane (R290), ammonia (R717), HFOs and CO₂ (R744). Ex-protected solutions are available for potentially explosive substances such as propane, HFOs and ammonia, enabling use in Ex zones 1 and 2.
We offer scalable solutions with the Compact Pro control panel for up to 32 gas detectors and the Ultimate gas monitor for up to 60 gas detectors and alarm lights. Thanks to the RS485 bus system, cable runs are significantly reduced(up to 1200 m cable length) and extensions are possible at any time.
The system works with freely programmable gas warning devices and bus-compatible illuminated signs (type I30 & I60), which respond visually and acoustically to several individually definable alarm levels. In addition, Ex-protected alarm units are also available for use in potentially explosive areas (Ex zones). Visualization plans and alarm histories can be stored and retrieved directly in the integrated web server of the Ultimate control panel.
A particular highlight is the MPSTM technology(Molecular Property Spectrometer) of our gas detectors for explosive gases: This physically based measurement technology is stable over the long term, requires little maintenance, has an integrated self-diagnosis, and – unlike conventional catalytic sensors – is completely insensitive to poisoning by substances such as silicones.
For systems for monitoring R290 in cooling water circuits, INOSENT also offers a special solution using gas separators – integrated in the same bus system. Our specially developed propane gas detectors are also used here.
As a member of the SES association, INOSENT implements gas detection systems in accordance with the applicable Swiss standard for safety systems (www.sicher-ses.ch).
